We are dedicated to helping you remove all forms of malicious software (viruses, spyware, trojans, etc...) from your computer system. We do this free of charge by making a broad range of anti-malware resources available to you. Specifically, we provide information and solutions to specific computer threats. We review anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-trojan, and firewall products. We also provide "Best Practices" (or tips) to help keep your computer from becoming infected (or re-infected) with malware. In addition, we have a Forums (Get Help) section that you may use to seek help for specific issues. So, if you are experiencing a problem with malware, and all else has failed, we invite you to seek help within the Forums section. As a word of caution, the Forums are largely unmoderated; so, exercise some caution when implementing suggestions from anyone in the Forums. Before following the advice of anyone in the Forums (including Administrators), ideally, you should perform a full backup to your system. At minimum, you should be 100% confident you can undo (or roll-back) whatever advice you choose to follow.
Who Are We
We are a group of "techies", "geeks", "nerds", and "brainiacs", who all have an interest in computers. We have many years of technical support experience and many of us possess IT specific certfications. For the most part, any of our posts will appear in the Forums as an "Administrator". If you are a techie, geek, nerd, or brainiac and would like to help us out in the forums as an adminstrator or moderator, please contact us. As concisely as possible, detail your experience with removing malware.

More to the point, the information provided at this site is to be used for informational purposes only. Consequently, we accept no liability for the actions taken by users of this site. If you intend to follow the advise found on this site, you should be prepared to accept 100% of the responsibility for doing so. If you are not prepared to accept 100% of the responsibility, you should not follow it. Even if you are prepared to accept 100% of the responsibility, it is our advise that you create of complete backup of your computer system. There is no substitute or replacement for a complete backup. In the Products section, we list some hardware and software options that may help you with this process. If there is any inappropriate or incorrect information posted anywhere in the site, contact us and we will either remove it or correct it.
Privacy Policy
We do not share, sell, or rent our email list. If we believe our site has been compromised, we will attempt to notify registered users via email of the compromise. We do not use any active tracking technologies on this site. With the exception of posting to a blog or forum, we use no technology that will uniquely identify any visitor to the site. Since we do link to external sites and have no control over how they may monitor visitors to their sites, we suggest you read their privacy policy.
